What does the Media Library offer?

In our Media Library you will find a large selection of high-quality media (photos, 360-degree images and videos) for our products and brands. You can download these easily and use them for your advertising purposes.

Which file formats are available for download?

We offer media in the following formats:

Graphics: JPG, PNG, PSD
Videos: MP4
Logos: SVG, EPS
360° images: JPGs (ZIP archive)

How long will my media be stored in the Media Collection?

Media that you save in your Media Collection will be retained until you delete them yourself or clear your browser cache. Please note that media for items that are no longer in the range will be removed automatically.

How do I add media to the Media Collection?

Simply select the media you want and click on the “Select in your Media Collection” button at the top right. You can then put together your personal media collection.

How do I use the Media Collection?

The Media Collection allows you to save media and download it later - individually or collectively as a ZIP file. This saves time and helps you to manage all relevant files in one place.

How do I download media?

Single download: Use the “File-Download” button directly next to the medium to download it in your desired format.
Multiple media simultaneously: Select the desired media, click on the desired file formats in the top right-hand corner, then click on “Prepare selection for download” and then on “Download selection”.

Why do I have to prepare a download first?

Some media files can be very large. To avoid waiting times, you can prepare the download in the background and continue browsing the store in the meantime. As soon as the files are ready, you will receive a notification and can download them.
Tip: Bereits vorbereitete Downloads können Sie mehrfach herunterladen! If you want to make a new selection, simply click on "Discard download”.

Can I download several media at the same time?

Yes, several media can be downloaded as a ZIP file. Simply select the desired files and use the download function.

Can I save my media collection and edit it later?

Yes, your media collection is stored permanently. It will only be deleted if the associated articles are no longer offered by us or if you clear your browser cache.

How can I use 360-degree images?

Our 360-degree views consist of a series of JPG images that show the product from different angles. You can either view these images individually or use a viewer to interactively rotate through the product.

How can I display the 360-degree images on my computer?

You can open the images individually with any image viewer program. To obtain an interactive rotating view, we recommend a special 360-degree viewer or an online tool that displays image sequences as an interactive view. Alternatively, you can also use a web solution that supports JavaScript- or HTML5-based viewers.

How can I integrate the 360-degree images into my website or system?

360-degree images can be integrated in various ways:

Simple method: If your store system supports an upload function for 360-degree images, you can upload the images directly.
Embedding via code: If you have your own website, you can integrate the images with an iframe or a plugin.
Technical support: If you need support, ask your web developer or the support team of your store system.

Can I use the downloaded media without restrictions?

No, the downloaded media may not be used without restriction.
